July 4th, as the United States was celebrating Independence Day and the UK was voting for their new Prime Minister. After meeting our obligations we left the chaos of the world behind us doing a digital detox to dive into nature. Such a beautiful day of deep connection to the symbiotic rhythms of nature, we all went forest bathing with my brother Giles Hutchins, Galahad Clark, and a pleasant group of wonderful people courtesy of Vivo Barefoot. Although we were together all had an individual experience as well as a connection to the entire group.
