What Does A World That Works for Everyone Look Like? Join us on a Deep Dive Inside the Ideas of Thought Leaders!

vitra Its a New Time Exploration Social Learning future of work and society with Raphael Gielgen

Raphael Gielgen is my guest on Episode 66 of Inside Ideas with Marc Buckley.

Raphael is a Trend Scout for Vitra. Raphael has spent most of his professional life working on making the office environment a better place. Even some of his own colleagues think he’s a little crazy. His irrepressible curiosity, his restless quest for explanations, and his delight at upending everything can occasionally make him an uncomfortable companion. When he appears at the office after returning from a long trip, he recounts things that sound more like a virtual utopia than a reality that has been experienced. He visits over one hundred companies in a single year; the world is his workplace, the future his area of research. His work informs Vitra´s approach to improving the quality of offices and public spaces through the power of design by serving the varied Vitra team with the results of my observations and cognitions by trend clusters, market analysis and business cases.
